Services
KR8EV Digital Solutions will provide the services to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
The scope, duration, and cost of services will be specified in the agreement signed by both parties.
Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment terms are due 30 days from the date of invoice.
- KR8EV Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the specified term.
Client Responsibilities
- The client agrees to provide KR8EV Digital Solutions with all necessary information and materials required to perform the services.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the content and materials provided.
- The client must obtain all necessary permissions and licenses for any third-party content used in their project.
Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and code developed by KR8EV Digital Solutions for the client will be considered the property of the client upon full payment of all fees.
- KR8EV Digital Solutions retains the right to use any work created for the client in its portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained from the other party that is designated as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
- This obligation of confidentiality will continue after the termination of the agreement.
- Client have the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal information.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.
- KR8EV Digital Solutions may terminate the agreement immediately if the client fails to make payment when due.
Limitation of Liability
- KR8EV Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if KR8EV Digital Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- In no event will KR8EV Digital Solutions’ liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KR8EV Digital Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of the services, breach of the agreement, or violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KR8EV Digital Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
KR8EV Digital Solutions reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using the website and services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
